Handmade in the UK by Kerry, Scrubbies are a Plastic-Free Eco Un-Sponge that are 100% biodegradable, machine washable and durable - each sponge will last for 6-9 months before being able to be home-composted. Good for your wallet and the environment!

These eco-friendly cleaning pads make an excellent replacement for the plastic sponges, especially as they do not release micro-plastics each time they are used.

They are made from 100% Organic Cotton which has been specially printed with eco dyes. The lining is made from bamboo, which is naturally antibacterial and has a hessian back for brilliant scrubbiness! In addition, the thread is also made of 100% Organic Cotton Thread which is important as cheap polyester thread doesn't biodegrade.

Each set comes with 2 fully biodegradable pads, in a choice of gorgeous patterns hand-selected by us here at Cotswold Eco.

How to Use

Use for general cleaning or washing-up, one side is soft and the other scrubs beautifully. Also great for using in the shower or bath, the hessian side is fab for exfoliating skin.

Care Instructions

You can throw these in the wash as often as you need to, they can go in the wash at 40°C. Please do not tumble-dry, but allow to dry naturally. Once they are all scrubbed out, simply chop them up and compost at home.
